Yes. The Free plan works forever without a card. During launch, Pro and Max are activated with an invitation code (ask for one at hola@askbilly.net); card payment is coming soon.

No. Invoices and budgets are unlimited on every plan; storing an invoice costs us nothing, we do not charge for that. On paid plans the only published limit is AI scanning — 200/month on Pro, 500 on Max — because that is where we have a real per-use cost.

It computes the 303, 130/131, 111, 115, 349 and the annual summaries (390, 347, 180, 190) from your invoices, reviews them with AI and generates the file in the AEAT format. Filing is done by you or your accountant by importing that file into the Sede Electrónica: nothing is sent without you seeing it. Corporate income tax (200/202) is not prepared. No extra cost: switch it on with one click in Settings → Taxes.

Not yet. Today Billy works in the no-submission mode: it generates the record of every invoice with a chained hash and QR and keeps it tamper-proof, which is what Royal Decree 1007/2023 asks for while the obligation is not in force. Voluntary submission to the AEAT (VERI*FACTU) is in development to arrive before 1 January 2027. Nothing will be sent without you seeing it.

It is yours. Every company lives isolated from the rest, documents are stored encrypted (AES-256) on servers in the European Union and the AI that reads them runs on our own infrastructure, with a contractual guarantee that they are never used to train any model. You can export everything (PDF, CSV/Excel and ZIP) at any time and take it wherever you want.

Yes. Every approved invoice is chained by SHA-256 hash to the previous one, with QR and a tamper-proof registry (only appended, never deleted), exactly as Royal Decree 1007/2023 requires. When the obligation kicks in, your invoices will already be in the correct format from day one.

Pro and up include a free read-only seat for your accountant: they download full quarters (PDFs + summaries) without asking you for anything. It is an extra seat on top of yours, at no cost. Billy is built for the freelancer or small business doing the invoicing, not for firms managing a client roster.

Upload the invoices from previous years (PDFs, photos or a ZIP with everything mixed): the AI reads them and classifies them as issued or received. Every old invoice goes through the AI scan; if you are going to upload several years at once, write to hola@askbilly.net and we will make sure the migration does not eat your monthly quota. Import contacts from any file. In Settings you set the next number of each series so your numbering continues without gaps. On the Max plan we help you with the migration.

Yes, one click from Settings. No lock-in, no penalty, and before you leave you download all your invoices and statements (PDF, CSV/Excel and ZIP) from Downloads.
